Sheila Herbert

Sheila Herbert is our VP, Product, where she is responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving innovation across our portfolio. Sheila brings with her over 15 years of experience in product development and management to Butler/Till.

Her career accolades include her title as Chief Product Officer at Measures for Justice, where she transformed the organization into a product-driven enterprise, and Head of Product at Token, where she led the launch of a biometric wearable. She also held a pivotal position as Product Innovation Lead at ITX Corp, where she developed a top-performing Product Innovation practice.

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from St. John Fisher University and has received accolades such as Technology Woman of the Year from Tech Rochester. She is deeply committed to mentoring and supporting the development of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and alignment with user-focused strategies.
