Karen Hobbs

Senior VP, Operations

Karen is our VP of Operations, reporting to the COO and CIO, and responsible for implementing cross-media execution to ensure seamless delivery of Butler/Till’s gold standard best practices. In her current role, Karen is the behind-the-scenes driving force for media planning and buying across the company’s portfolio, including retail, consumer, B2B, national, and hyper-localized campaigns utilizing traditional offline media and business operations.

Karen has been with Butler/Till since 2003 and has held multiple roles, including Group Director, Operations, Group Media Director, Media Director, Media Supervisor, Assistant Media Supervisor, Senior Media Manager, and Media Buyer/Media Manager. Her client experience includes Excellus/Univera, Healthfirst, CenturyLink, State Farm, Rochester Regional Health, and Kodak.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Nazareth University and has been a guest lecturer at Nazareth University and The College at Brockport. Karen’s volunteer activities include Hillside Family of Agencies, the Center for Youth, and Lollypop Farm.
