Scott Chapman
CFO
As our CFO, Scott is responsible for all of the financial strategy and budgets of Butler/Till and Digital Hyve. Scott joined Butler/Till in 2021 as Executive Vice President of Finance and became our CFO in 2022.
Scott comes to Butler/Till with a breadth of experience, including fifteen years in marketing and advertising and extensive experience in business strategy, operations, human resources, and business mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he has deep experience in real estate matters, including negotiations, maintenance, renovations, and space planning. After beginning his career in public accounting, Scott served as the CFO at Marquis Media, and then as Controller and then Executive Director, Finance at Partners + Napier (P+N) in Rochester, NY. As CFO, Scott holds us accountable to rigorous standards while maintaining and ensuring the sustainability and growth of our ESOP.
Scott currently serves on the Board of Trustees and is Chair of the Audit Committee for Nazareth University. Prior to joining the Nazareth Board, he served on numerous committees and board positions for the American Advertising Federation Rochester Chapter, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester, and was the President and Chair of the Board of Governors for the Genesee Valley Club.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Nazareth University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.
