Kelly Jacxsens is Butler/Till’s Chief Client Officer, leading the health, growth, and strategic direction of the media agency’s client portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience in client services, Kelly brings deep expertise in building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and creating the conditions for long-term growth.

Throughout her career, Kelly has helped organizations strengthen client relationships and scale teams across a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining Butler/Till, she held leadership roles at Ansira and Digitas North America, building a strong track record in client retention, organic growth, and partnership.

At Butler/Till, Kelly is focused on creating a culture of remarkable client service, anticipating what clients need and connecting them to the full breadth of the agency’s capabilities. She is passionate about building executive-level partnerships that go beyond delivering great work, positioning the agency as a strategic thought partner and advocate for clients as they navigate increasingly complex business challenges.
