Mike Della Porta
COO & CIO
Mike is our COO and CIO and has been at Butler/Till since 2006. Mike’s responsibilities include operations, IT/cybersecurity, media activation and analytics, software development, and content marketing. During Mike’s tenure with Butler/Till, he has held a number of positions, including VP, Business Optimization & Technology, VP, Technology & Operations, Director of Operations, Operations Supervisor, Account Supervisor, Senior Media Manager, and Media Manager. Mike has also worked with a variety of Butler/Till’s high-profile brands, including State Farm Insurance, CenturyLink, Frontier Communications, Wilson Farms, and The Salvation Army.
Mike is a past winner of the Greater Rochester Quality Council’s Team Excellence Silver Award and has lectured at the University of Rochester, St. John Fisher College, Rochester Institute of Technology, Nazareth College, and Syracuse University.
Mike serves as co-chair of 4A’s Agency Operations & Business Transformation Roundtable and is a member of RIT’s Strategic Advisory Board on Management Information Systems and Great Lakes Gaming’s Strategic Advisory Board. He previously served as a board member and Vice Chair of the Greater Rochester Quality Council.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Graphic Media Publishing with a minor in Professional and Technical Communications from RIT and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
