Butler/Till Health was tasked with delivering a message promoting Upstate New York as a better and healthier place to live to a wide range of communities in a cluttered space and on a limited budget. Through utilizing trusted doctors and partnering with local TV affiliates and online channels to deliver our message to targeted audiences, Butler/Till was able to double engagement metrics, bypassing industry benchmarks in the form of earned social media, all while garnering high audience impressions.

Challenge

Our client, a non-profit health plan aims to make Upstate New York a better place to live, work, raise a family, and enjoy healthy lifestyles. We were challenged with reaching a wide range of communities with this message among a cluttered media and advertising space on a limited budget.

Strategy

Through the trusted voice of doctors, we utilized TV and online channels to deliver our message. We addressed the variety of markets with limited budgets, and partnered with local TV affiliates.

Utilizing an extensive collection of tactics through trusted local networks, we were able to deliver a diverse, digitally-focused, and surround-sound media approach.

Results

  • Consumers engaged with the content at twice the rate of industry benchmarks and felt compelled to engage with others in the form of more than 8,000 earned shares, likes, and comments across social media.

  • Garnered more than 32 million impressions.

  • Achieved nearly 200 executions of on-air, online, and social content, spanning more than 10 health and wellness topics.
