With deep pride and gratitude, we are excited to announce that Butler/Till has been awarded a Gold Performance Excellence Award by the Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC) for Organizational Excellence!
This level of recognition is truly remarkable and represents the dedication and efforts our employee-owners have worked together to achieve over the last two years. The GRQC Organizational Excellence Award is modeled after the Malcom Baldrige Excellence Framework, measuring organizations across seven key areas of leadership: strategy, customers, measurement, analysis, knowledge management, workforce, operations, and results.
