We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve won the 2018 Greater Rochester Quality Council Silver Team Excellence Award! This award recognizes high performing agencies who have had tremendous accomplishments in the Greater Rochester area. We were one of 15 finalists who participated from the business, not-for-profit, and healthcare sectors.
At Butler/Till, our mission is to make continuous improvement a key driver of client satisfaction, retention, and growth. We’re constantly seeking better ways of working by exploring new ideas and technologies to maximize the connection we create between brands and their consumers.
As part of our quality initiative that led us to this award, we undertook a process improvement project that focused on the digital campaign set up and launch process. The project was implemented by a cross-functional team that represented 30% of our agency. We used the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control methodology, and we worked with quality tools to ensure effective improvements to our process. Some of the tools included process flowcharts, SIPOC diagram, root cause analysis, Five Whys, a prioritization matrix, statistical tools to put data around the problem, among others.
Our learnings gave us the opportunity to better focus and understand the areas that have the highest impact on the outcome of a digital campaign. They also helped us identify opportunities where we could integrate innovative ideas for our clients and enhance the services we provide. These improvements give us the flexibility we need to be creative problem-solvers, increasing our efficiency and empowering our teams to lead change in this fast-paced industry.
