SUMMARY

The Associate Programmatic Trader is responsible for supporting channel strategy, execution and stewardship of effective programmatic campaigns on behalf of a major, high-profile advertiser. This individual will have experience with campaign management, programmatic execution, and has hands-on experience in self-serve advertising platforms.  Experience executing various campaign types including online display, video, and audio, in an agency environment is preferred.

 

This Associate Programmatic Trader will have a firm grasp and ability to navigate intricacies of hyper targeted, complex campaigns as well as an understanding of basic digital metrics and calculations, media measurement, terminology, and how these impact delivery and performance.  The nature of this role requires extreme attention to detail and above average data management skills, heavily leveraging Microsoft Excel, to ensure correct application of a large amount of campaign parameters.

The Associate SEO Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of effective SEO strategies across the agency’s client portfolio. This role assists with keyword research, SEO copywriting, and understanding how search engines operate—including the key factors that influence search rankings.

SUMMARY

The Customer Experience Specialist Role will provide participating Digital Content agents with ease of posting and assistance with their Social Media presence.  This role is responsible for accurate and efficient posting of content, created by our internal teams, for each calendar month.  The Customer Experience Specialist must be organized, able to manage large workflows, and exhibit strong attention to detail.  This position is pivotable for ensuring quality and accuracy of timely posting.

KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Outcome: Posting of participating Digital Content program agent content, for which you are assigned 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Monthly posting of calendar content after agent approval across all available social media platforms 
  • Manage posting for assigned agents 
  • Reach out to Content team when calendar is not completed for approval 
  • Work with assigned Consultant to assist with agent approvals 
  • One-off content postings, as requested 
  • Work with assigned Consultant to assist with agent approvals 
  • Posting of content edits 
  • Work with assigned Consultant to assist with agent approvals 
  • Quality assurance checks to ensure posting was successful 
  • Verify that content posts have been scheduled

Solve complex business problems by integrating and analyzing large datasets from diverse sources, including third-party platforms and relational databases (both structured and unstructured). SUMMARY

The Director, SEO will lead Butler/Till’s SEO practice, driving organic growth and enhancing clients’ digital performance. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, mentoring the SEO team, and collaborating across practices to deliver integrated marketing solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, listings/review management, keyword research, UX, and analytics, along with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

This individual will oversee multi-location SEO for high-profile client accounts, contribute to new business development, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution. They are skilled in performance monitoring, KPI development, and leading client conversations—especially in dynamic, enterprise-level environments.

  • Assist Senior and Group Director in developing on-site and listings optimization strategy, including process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Manage operation of complex multi-site, multi-location localized SEO campaigns, engaging in keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page optimization, technical SEO problem-solving, site audits, and strategic evaluations.
  • Expertly identify and recommend site optimization opportunities when reviewing and analyzing client sites, including changes to information architecture, website navigation, accessibility, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility for target keywords.
  • Evaluates results and client analytics in alignment with performance goals and measurement frameworks to provide strategic insights and deliver reports that drive campaign success.

  • Leads comprehensive SEO audits and develops strategic roadmaps with clear timelines and deliverables.

  • REQUIRED –

o   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent work experience

o   10+ years of experience managing and leading campaigns in the paid and organic search ecosystem

As a Supervisor, Integrated Planning, you will be responsible for defining and enabling the strategic, cross-channel communications/media plan for your client(s). REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED

  • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub.

PREFERRED

  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
