Lori Burghardt

Senior VP, Talent Management & HR

As our Senior VP of Talent and HR, Lori is responsible for talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and human resources. Lori joined Butler/Till in 2018 and brings decades of Human Resources experience. Previously, Lori was the owner of Next Gig Performance Consulting and before that, was Vice President of Human Resources and Business Transformation for Xerox Global Services. Lori has spoken at numerous national and local employee stock ownership plan events on the topic of “Manager Effectiveness Talent Strategies,” as well as on Butler/Till’s engagement in the ESOP program.

Lori has a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics from Le Moyne College and master’s degrees in Organizational Effectiveness from Cornell University and Executive Business Programs from Simmons College. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
