Butler/Till was thrilled to bring home the Greater Rochester Quality Council’s 2016 Silver Team Excellence award last Thursday, April 28th 2016.
The win was the result of over 12 months of deliberate process and technological improvements based on Lean/Six Sigma methodology to transform the work that they do every day. Members of the Digital Media Team and Analytics team collaborated to develop an innovative solution that is scalable and repeatable for future projects and other teams at Butler/Till. The team worked to save the agency over 6,700 hours for personnel.
Mike Della Porta, B/T’s VP of Technology & Operations, describes the team’s commitment, “As an employee-owned agency, we have a vested interest in the success of our clients, partners, and each other. We’re always striving to do business better, faster, and smarter. Winning this award is a phenomenal achievement and speaks to the dedication and passion that our employee-owners bring to work each day. I couldn’t be prouder of our team!”
This is Butler/Till’s second Silver Team Excellence Award received from the GRQC. The Operations Team at Butler/Till took home the award in 2014. Between the two projects, Butler/Till has saved over 11,000 hours by improving processes through the utilization of Lean/Six Sigma tools and thinking.
