We’re excited to share that advertising executive Britton Rollins has been appointed Managing Director for integrated marketing consultancy, Brand Cool. Brand Cool is a division of independent media agency, Butler/Till headquartered in Rochester, NY. Due to its exponential growth – Brand Cool’s revenue grew by 120% last year and doubled personnel – and its desire to expand offerings and presence coast-to-coast, the firm has added this newly created position to the upper tier ranks of its management team and opened an office in San Francisco.
Rollins joins the company with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, spanning leadership positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB SF and W2O Group. During his time at DDB, Rollins played a crucial role in the Remedy team’s expansion beyond medical devices, growing the client portfolio to include pharmaceuticals and later health services and start-ups. Rollins’ experience in highly regulated, highly competitive categories will provide Brand Cool clients a unique advantage, given the firm’s focus on energy and financial sectors. During his extensive experience in the industry, Rollins has worked with prominent brands including Amgen, Sanofi and Dexcom.
Rollins will report to Butler/Till President, Kimberly Jones. Last year, Butler/Till grew 15% and added clients such as Pacific Gas & Electric, Northwest Bank, and South Jersey Industries to its roster of clients. Butler/Till is 100% employee-owned, a certified B Corp and a certified women-owned enterprise (WBE). Rollins will join the management team at Butler/Till, and will be the first Managing Director of the Brand Cool division. Brand Cool Executive Creative Director, VP Strategy & Insights, VP Client Services and Account Director will report to Rollins.
