We’re proud to share that we have been named a finalist in the ATHENA Organizational Awards! This award is presented to an organization based on the following criteria: the business or organization creates a culture that encourages women employees to achieve their full leadership potential; gives back to the larger community of women and girls by providing and/or supporting leadership development opportunities and initiatives; and supports and develops women’s leadership initiatives on a global scale.

At B/T, it’s in our DNA to support women within our own walls and just as importantly outside of our walls. In fact, we’re an anomaly in the advertising industry, sitting at 70% female. From day one, when Sue Butler & Tracy Till started the business, they built it on the premise that being a successful career and motherhood would never be an “either/or” situation, and could come hand-in-hand. And just as importantly, they took on the initiative to support our community, always. Today, B/T offers unique opportunities to the development of women including supporting community initiatives like Young Women of Distinction and Bivona Child Advocacy Center, encouraging female employees to speak at conferences throughout the country, and creating a culture that supports our women employees.
